Don's Poems, DonsWords, fear, Living Fearlessly, Poems by Don

โ™ฅ Love Is Light โ™ฅ

There are times in life when we need more strength than at other times. There are moments in life when we need support. There are times in life when we feel our soul is struggling.

When we are in these challenging times in life, we are usually in a frequency of fear and fear unfortunately, can choke out or dim our light.

I would like to share a poem today written by my honey just four days ago.

Love Is Light, Fear Is Darkness

Life is meant to be lived.

LIVE means to be ALIVE!

You are either alive or dead.

The opposite of life is death.

You can not serve two opposites.

You are either loving the light or fearing the darkness.

I love Don’s poem because it reminds me to go for the light and to live in ฤนโ“ž๐“ฅไน‡. Fear does not serve us well and it does not support us in living life to our fullest, and in the most alive way. Fear is also not conducive to our immune system.

I choose to be ALIVE. What about you? ๐Ÿ™‚

Sidenote:

Interesting Blooper: When I was typing “I choose to be ALIVE” I had a typo and wrote instead “I choose to be ALOVE”. Wow! I thought it was an awesome typo. ๐Ÿ™‚

Have a great day everyone and go forth in LOVE… be ALOVE won’t ya?

Kindness

A Poem by my Spouse and Friend, Don Perry

Kindness

In goodness and kindness, God made us like him,

So we can make a difference in this world we are in.

Be kind to the person with the different colored skin,

For he is your brother with the same feelings within.

Be kind to the beggar who begs night and day,

For we don’t know why his life is that way.

Be kind to the person who is having a bad day.

Forgive and don’t judge him for he words he might say.

Be kind with your words and things that you do,

And people will like it and duplicate you.

If we are all being kind in the things that we do and say,

We can change the world as we know it today.
