♥ Love Is Light â™¥

There are times in life when we need more strength than at other times. There are moments in life when we need support. There are times in life when we feel our soul is struggling.

When we are in these challenging times in life, we are usually in a frequency of fear and fear unfortunately, can choke out or dim our light.

I would like to share a poem today written by my honey just four days ago.

Love Is Light, Fear Is Darkness

Life is meant to be lived.

LIVE means to be ALIVE!

You are either alive or dead.

The opposite of life is death.

You can not serve two opposites.

You are either loving the light or fearing the darkness.

I love Don’s poem because it reminds me to go for the light and to live in Ĺⓞ𝓥乇. Fear does not serve us well and it does not support us in living life to our fullest, and in the most alive way. Fear is also not conducive to our immune system.

I choose to be ALIVE. What about you? 🙂

Interesting Blooper: When I was typing “I choose to be ALIVE” I had a typo and wrote instead “I choose to be ALOVE”. Wow! I thought it was an awesome typo. 🙂

Letting Go of Fear & Learning How to Live!

I think most of us spend a lot of our life trying to let go of fears. Whether they are fears of inadequacy or fear on the unknown, fears are very much a part of our life.

When I think of ‘life’, I think of creation and expansion. I think of freedom. I think of choice. I think of living fearlessly. 🙂

The more we can choose to truly ‘live’ our lives, the more we can choose the freedom to be who we are in all our Glory and to live without fear.

One of the ways to let go of fear, is to focus on the JOYS of life, rather than the fears. For example if you have a passion for something but fear stop you, learn to emphasize the JOYS rather than the fears.

For example, if you have a fear of public speaking or for speaking your truth in general, focus on how passionate you are about your subject. Get excited about the subject matter rather than focusing on the delivery of the subject matter. When you do this, you will naturally find it easier to share your truth or your words or your story because you take the attention off of merely delivering the info and you become excited about the information itself.

When we get caught up obsessing on the fears, we miss the whole point of what we were passionate about.

The more we can overcome our fears, the faster we accelerate at achieving the lives of our dreams.

Living Fearlessly, love, worry, Worry Less

Worry Less & 𝐿❤𝓋𝑒 ð‘€ðŸŒºð“‡ð‘’

Anytime we are in fear we are not in the frequency of ‘Love’. Worry stems from fear. There are two emotions that all others emotions spring from and these are ‘Fear’ and ‘Love’.

Worry is from the side of FEAR and when we worry about others we project fear and worry onto them as well. Sometimes we worry about things that might happen and this also just causes unnecessary fearful thoughts.

Energy in Motion

The very BEST thing that we can do for ourselves or our loved ones, is to try our best to think thoughts of 𝐿💗𝓋𝑒 and well-being.🌞 And it is interesting to note that E-Motions are ˜”°•.˜”°• Energy In Motion. •°”˜.•°”˜ Energy in motion is a powerful force. We want that force to be positive and conducive.

Think about this for a minute and see if you agree with me. Was there a time or is there a time now when someone that cares about you has told you that they are or were worried about you? Or have they constantly nagged at you about something? How do you or did you feel?

Did you feel heavy, sad, or remorseful? I bet you felt some form of these fear based emotions.

The best thing we can do to support others is to do it through Love. It is okay to want the best for others but there are ways to support and offer to ‘hold space’ for someone that is better than worrying and thinking fearful thoughts.

I can remember the exact moments in my life when people have told me that they were worried about me and why. I loved these people dearly but at times these moments felt like sucker punches to my soul. I have also realized that I too have done this to others so even in writing this I am reminded to try harder to be more loving and supportive in my thinking and approaches when sharing concern.

Worry Breeds Worry

The very best thing we can do for anyone is to hold them in the light and to see them through the eyes of Love. Worry breeds worry and fear breeds fear. It is a fact. Let us choose Love and have Love attract more Love and Light and Healing.

There Are NO Mistakes❢ – Worry Not! â™¥â˜®â™¥

A mistake is just another way of doing things.

I like to think there are no mistakes. Everything that we experience is just that … an experience. We experience something and then we choose and decide if we wish to experience it again.

I like to think of these ‘experiences’ as gifts to show me what I no longer want in my life or what I want to add more of into my life. Pretty simple right? ♥ And it is. ♥

The least amount of time we spend living with regret or remorse, the more time we have to fast track in the things we want and that bring us more ♥ JOY ♥

I know it is not always easy, especially when we are in fear or emotional pain, but I think by even declaring or understanding this concept, it helps. At least it does for me and I hope it does for you too.

Shifting Away from Fear

I had a conversation with a friend today. I will call this friend Mary.

Mary was distraught due to challenges with a business situation and it was causing her a lot of grief. Mary felt afraid, angry, and could not understand why as she states ‘she created this situation’.

I offered the thought to Mary, that it does not matter why something was created or if she indeed attracted this to her. It matters not. What matters is changing and resolving the situation, so a better use of her time would be to shift her frequency right now, and spend her time doing that rather than reflecting on the whys. 🙂

When we are in a vibration or state of fear and worry, we will attract more fear and worry. We are what we vibrate. 🙂 I suggested she check in with her vibratory self to see how she was ‘feeling’. Once Mary identified that she was afraid, we were able to move forward to shift this.

We talked about being personally empowered and that that this comes from within. I asked Mary about how a flash light works? She said “you turn it on”. I asked her “but what actually makes it work and light up?” She said “batteries”, to which I replied “exactly!”. 🙂

I asked her what she was charged with right now? Fear? Worry? Overwhelm? I suggested that in order for her to shift to a better feeling place she needed to charge her batteries with things like Trust, Hope, and Faith.

I have found that the best way to shift a situation is to change the way I feel and to get into gratitude. When you trust that things will work out and you believe that the universe is conspiring to help you for your highest good, your batteries get charged in a positive and conducive manner that can actually help to resolve situations and more importantly, make you feel BETTER. And when you feel better, you vibrate at a higher level and you attract more of the same…. as in things do work out for you, you feel better, and you do feel that you are supported. It’s a way better place to be than in fear, worry and doubt and you will even be more productive and able to resolve things from this place. Much better use of your ‘energy’ and power.

Fear contracts and constricts. True freedom comes from trust, hope, faith and love!

Mary felt so much better after our conversation and she was laughing and lighter and happier and so was I because that is another secret ‘what you give out you get back’ 😉

Choose Living Fearlessly and in LOVE!

What if you decided that 2019 is going to be the year to Love yourself more?  By letting go of fear, we open the path to Love and Living and yes with Capitals! They are that important! 🙂

Fear is what holds us back and constricts us. Love expands and fear contracts. The fastest and easiest way to move through fear is to shine the light of love and this starts with us!!!

We can start to love ourselves more by being our own Lover.  This includes, but is not limited to, saying kind things to ourselves, being  gentle with ourselves, allowing time for rest, feeding our bodies with nutritious food, forgiving ourselves, consoling ourselves, and one that I would like to add in that I feel is important, is by empowering ourselves.  And we empower ourselves by doing all of those things just mentioned and more.

When we feel personally empowered we feel stronger and more capable of loving ourselves. True personal power comes from within. This means that WE have the capability to ramp up this personal power and that in itself is truly empowering!

I hope each and everyone of you reading this whether today, or in the future, claims and grasps your birthright, your entitlement which includes personal empowerment and self-love to ramp up your divine beauty so that 2019 and beyond can be the life that is better than your wildest and craziest dreams! Hold your own hand.winged heart Be your own Lover and a Lover of Life! It’s yours for the taking.
