In my coaching practice I am able to help people to identify what is important to them and to define and declare their hopes, dreams and their wants. And then we work with the tools in our tool kit to make this happen. Tools like working with our thoughts and our beliefs. Tools like putting our focus and attention on the things that we do want in our lives and taking the focus off of what we don’t want. And tools like telling new stories about what we believe, what we think, and about our life. All of these tools are super powerful and effective. And when we become personally empowered we feel soooooooooooooooooo gooooooooooooooooooood!
